Does a deleted ABS throw a code that can fail you for state inspection?

Just wondering because I hate ABS and want to buy the delete block plus I want to get into road racing. I just don't want the yahoos at the state inspection thinger to fail me because I'm throwing an ABS code. Is this something that can be turned off in the computer? If its throwing a code and the ABS light is blinking and it won't matter for inspection I don't care because I'll just pull the bulb out of the cluster for the ABS.

It doesn't fail you in NC either. When I last had mine inspected, my ABS light was on and no issues at all.

Abs has nothing to do with emissions. I dont see how you could fail for a system that is completely irrelevant to emission. But ive heard weirder things lol
