Exhaust Fumes

Since I went from my catted bassani x pipe, to a new offroad h pipe, whenever I am idling for about 5 minutes or longer all I can smell are the fumes from the exhaust. This is normal right?

Yes it is normal. Do a quick search on catalytic converters and you will find out their purpose an then the smell will make sense.

Yea I can smell it when sitting still, and if I'm between cars then its stronger, but I'm getting used to it.
