Spring installation

Hey guys on Saturday I'm going to put on my H&R ss and I just wanted to know how hard is it to do and how long does it take?

What kind of tools/equipment do you have?
And can you do hard labor ?

Power or air tools should take you less than 2 hours. Hand tools will take longer

It took me 3 he's just on the front, but I had a issue with a broken spring and the bottom part was rusted to the a arm.

I'm doing a DYI on springs soon.. Just trying to pay off my tickets..

Basically jack up the front , put stands
Remove wheels
Remove brake assembly ( move out the way )
( Caliper / Rotor )
Put jack under A arm and jack up until its flush with the A arm
Remove ABS wire
unbolt the strut and bracket
Unbolt the sway bar end link ( Top)
And lower the jack down releasing the spring
And just get a pry bar and pull it out .

I'm getting new launch springs but I've always been scared about a spring flying out and killing me

It'll take a couple hours took me 2 to put on my lowering springs but I had friends to help so yeah it's not really hard tho if you jack it up tho an do it like that it's a pain in the *** if put it on a lift it's not that bad
