Running rough through higher rpm?

So last night I drove my car downtown (about 30mins or so drove around a bit and came home) left for work this morning but ran across town before hand and everything seemed fine. I was at work from 12-8 and never left during that time. When I did leave work didn't really notice any problems, just ran down the road to my buddies family gas station and hung out for a bit then left to go across town to my cousins. On my way there I noticed my car was wanting to run a little rough. It seemed to idle fine but when is get on it a little it wanted to hesitate and seem to shudder. Any idea as what it could be? I went back up to the station and waited for my buddy to get off work who also works up at bill Estes ford and has a 03 cobra hoping he might have an idea. We started pulling the coils but didnt notice any change in the way it was running. I'm going to try and get it into the shop this week but if I can narrow the problem down myself with some help would make it much easier.

Hooked the comp up last night and showed my front o2 sensors were reading 1000mA. Sound about right or is that high?
