White Face Gauges

Bought some white face gauges from AM and have now worries with installation except the fact that wiring isnt my best area haha so can anyone simplify the wiring and how they did it for me itd be greatly appreciated.

Did you get the overlays or the simco cluster that they sell?

I just dont understand connecting the red wire to the large gray wire. Does the gray wire come out or....?

What i did was just splice it in with the splice connectors to wires goin from the cluster. Found a ground and constant power wire and that was that.

Quite easy to install i got them from am.

Wiring part is easy, getting them to lay flat is the hard part, you will have to glue them down some to keep the needles from rubbing.

FYI after its all done consider leaving off the clear cover panel for a bit to ensure needles move freely, sometimes they stick on the overlay and need to be pulled out TINY bit to compensate for the ticker material, you cant and should not do this by hand use the tools provided for this job to pull em out a bit (two pieces of metal on each side to even the load of pulling so the tiny little metal rod isnt bent that the needle sits on)
