Odd idle

I have a stock 2001 GT with the exception of a cold air intake. I just did my spark plug well because when i got the car it had 55,000 miles and had never been done. So needless to say i did them. And every sense i got the car 6 months ago at an idle when warmed up it kind of bounces a bit i would say a 40 to 50 rpm drop it doesn't sound like a lot but you can tell and here it through the exhaust. Any ideas? Was going to change fuel filter tomorrow just because it needs to be done hoping its that but if not any one have any other ideas?
