Spark plugs?

What spark plugs should I go with in my 2000 mustang gt ? Spark plug number would be great

Just go to auto zone and pick some motorcraft plugs

Unless you are going nitrous or a blower, stock Motorcraft replacements are the best ones to get. They'll last the longest and spark plugs really aren't that different from eachother other than colder ones for forced induction/Nitrous.

Do you know the correct gap? I think mine were already gapped correctly.

No but my car runs perfect when the engine is cold but when it hits normal running temp it falls on its face and miss fires like crazy an no cel

Motorcraft AWSF32P were the original plugs for the 2000 GT, however the AGSF32PM is the common replacement--or Champion stk # 3401...

Under the the hood where it latches at on the bottom side often good there is a sticker that tells you what to gap. .054

You can download an owner's manual from Ford (click here) that has the specs for plugs and plug gap--and lubricants and capacities, etc...
