With long tubes you have to run a shorty mid pipe they list them as shorties on American muscle it wherever you buy your pipes from. Now of you just want to change mid pipe then get a shorty and that'll bolt up to your long tubes and catback.

Bassani makes an awesome modular X (can be made into shorty or full length), it's pricey though.
Do you want NASCAR raspy or classic throaty?
X tends more toward modern raspy muscle, H will be much deeper and won't have all of the crackling of an X.
On the other hand, a prochamber is the best of both worlds; you get the sexy loud of an X with the rich tone of an H. Only downside is you don't get the full effect of either.

Like he said^ x vs h pipe. Want sound do you want. Deep. Aggressive. Quiet. Loud? That way we can detect you to why pipe and brand to use.

People usually say x pipes are good with straight through mufflers(slp). And h pipes are better with chambered mufflers(flowmasters) however it's all personal preference.

It will bolt right up to your headers. For your catback it should too.

YOU ARE SO AWESOME. I cannot tell you how many times I've told people this. It's the best way to decide on a combo of midpipe/mufflers.
It's just the nature of airflow. The H is turbulent and slow, so chambered mufflers slow the air down more and exaggerate the throaty rumble from the air being buffeted around. X pipes have a slightly different airflow pattern, there is no crossover and the air just merges at the X, this leads to a much higher pitched rasp and the bullet/straight mufflers allow the tone of the X to show through.
I have the factory H with the rear cats chopped out and Flowmaster 40s because I'm an old-school guy, and X would sound funny with flowmasters (YouTube it, it's really weird).

I suggest going on youtube.com and listening to different setups, then decide which one you want.

Backpressure can you pm me a link or vid of the sound of your car? I'm thinking about going the same route with the cats and stick mid. Currently all stock and flows.

They should ship out today. It depends on how far you are really. When i ordered mine it took like 3-4 days if i remember right. you should have it by friday or saturday and have it put on by the weekend. Are you planning on installing it yourself or shop?

Good that saves you money. And yes it will. Is your catback welded in because it may help the install if you loosened your catback.
