E - brake hanging up?

When pulling away from a stop, I can hear a slight squeal from the right? rear. Its a convt, so you apply the e brake when top goes up or down. Could that be the noise im hearing? Should I spray w brakekleen? Just had front brakes done, mechanic said backs look fine.

I'd check your calipers piston, mine was doing that god awful squeak and it was the piston going out ad pushing the pad against the rotor. I replaced caliper and fixed it
