My speedo is off 8 mph

Hey guys I bought my 2000 GT from a guy who had 4.10 in and a module to correct the speed. The box was from Dallas mustang.com but I smoked the read end out so I have ford put 3.55 in. Now the mph are off about 8 mph. Ie when my speedo says 60mph I'm really going 68 mph. I tried to switch some of the switches on the module but no luck. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a good one in mind. The sct seems like a good deal. I have the binary one already but as I switch the switches around it won't correct it.

Yes. It can stick with 3.23 then replaced with 4.10 and the speed module then I replaced them with 3.55 and changed the speed mod and it goes nuts

If you are certain you had the switches set properly, for 3.27 -> 3.55 the 10-position DIP switch should be set to 0010001011, where 0 = off and 1 = on, then perhaps the unit is defective? IDK.

What are the switch positions for the 4.10 gears? It should be 0010100000...
