Does anyone know if someone makes this rear bumper ? If not what can I use to fill it in ? And will it work with my exhaust ?

It was LMR that used to sell it...You can use the flexible plastic repair kit from 3M that's what bodyshops use to repair bumpers And its pretty reliable

Have fun with their products that may or may not require multiple hours of shop time to get to fit right...

They are really hit or miss and I wish it was not like that. I honestly do love the way the Cobra and GT front bumpers with the integrated lip they sell look but for every one you hear that is just paint and install you hear of one (backed up by pics a lot of the time) that just fits like total ****. I usually don't go by just what I hear but I've seen a few in person and even with the shop work to get them to fit pretty well it still isn't close to OEM spec.
