Ive never had pace setter but ive had similar brands and both sets melted at the flange. BBK are great quality for the price, ive never had an issue with them. I would get the BBK personally

Better mods out there than headers. The factory manifolds are pretty good. Do you have a tuner? My recommendations are CAI, midpipe-back exhaust, shifter, gears, tune. No specific order.

No need for headers on our stangs unless you're wanting to make like 600+hp or theyre broke

Midpipe is where you're going to get majority of you're sound from...that and exhaust. Go off-road Midpipe if you can.

Stock manifolds flow just as well as shorty headers do. They look like crap but... eh... Unless they are broke use that grad money on something else. Put up a mod list and we can see what you don't have that would actually help you out more than longtubes. Also longtubes are a ***** to install on a modular. Not like a 5.0L where you can install them in a few hours without ripping out the K member...

I was also thinking of spending my grad money on parts, should have around 2.3k at the end of summer. But i decided i'm probably just going to lower it and save the rest of my money.
