If it does this, it's a bad TOB

Usually it only happens when the clutch is out and goes away when the clutch is pushed in.

A bad TOB squeals pretty loud. It's like a scraping metal squeak with a really high pitch.
Post your video and we'll see.

An exhaust leak sounds like a quiet ticking synchronized with the exhaust. I had a loose hanger on my exhaust that made it rattle over bumps

I just listened to this video it don't sound like that, and it happens when I'm hitting the gas not at idle and not while my foots on the clutch

So it occurs only under load and when the clutch is engaged (I'm not sure what you mean by when your foot is not on the clutch).
Does it go away with pressure on the clutch pedal or does it stay the same regardless of whether or not the clutch is engaged?
The under load only issue makes me think it may be a bad exhaust leak from a damaged flange. Will it make the noise in neutral with revving?
