Valeo's OEM cobra replacement clutch with an aluminum flywheel if you want super smooth.
I've got the Valeo cobra clutch and it's amazing. Butter smooth and grips like nobody's business. I'm at about 10k miles on the clutch so far and it's just as smooth and grips as well as the day I installed it.

You've got the On3 turbo right? I would go with a Centerforce twin disk and an aluminum flywheel.

Oh! I didn't realize he had a turbo.
JDF is right. CF twin disk would be way better for you.

I didn't see the turbo part either... In that case, the Exedy Mach 400 is your best bet for handling the power and retaining street manners!

2003mustangGT,

Exedy makes a killer clutch for drive ability and strength. The Exedy Mach350 is their "Stage 1" clutch and has one of the most street-able pedal engagements in the industry. Plus, they hold up to 430ft-lbs of torque.

Also, a new flywheel is most likely not necessary. Typically, you can have the factory flywheel machined for a new surface.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Shane

I just put the Exedy 400 in my Mach 1 three months ago. So far so good. Pretty much a stock feel. Was a little stiff at first but now that she's broken in, it feels almost like stock.
