03 gt air blend door?

Hey everyone. My ac is working but will only blow in the floor or defrost positions. The knob can be in any position and it will only blow through floor or defrost. I've located the blend door actuator and it seems to be functioning properly as I turn the knob. I've checked all vacuum lines and all seem in good shape and connected. What now?

Here is an annotated diagram of the HVAC heater/evaporator housing that may be of some help:

In addition to the blend door there are panel/floor and panel/defrost doors. If the panel/defrost door were stuck in the defrost position--no vacuum applied--air could not flow the panel vents regardless of the control knob selection.

Don't know I have never had to do it. Could be failed insulation or some foreign matter jamming it, a bad vacuum motor or vacuum line, the vacuum valve, or just plain ol' stiction...

I have been driving it sparingly and keeping it garaged hope there's not an animal in the vents.
