Driveshaft flange, springs, exhaust. Everything swaps straight across. Front irs mount goes to lower control arm holes. Rear mount goes to a bracket that mounts with three bolts to the quad shock location.

Would it be worth it?

Well I love my IRS. What do you use the car for? If you look through some of my recent threads I made a thread for when I did my IRS swap, I didn't really run into any issues other than when I had to try and reinstall the driveshaft.

Hell yes it is worth it. If he wants to do a straight trade jump on that like a fat chick on a box of Krispy Kremes. They are straight swaps. If you want it to be easy, jack both cars up, drop both rears and just swap them, swap every part that needs swapping. It will all be there because both cars are there. Exhaust has to be swapped too since the IRS exhaust is different.
