Ok, I have a procharger. I still need to get upgraded fuel pump/s and a better maf. Would it be a bad thing if I hooked it up on all the stock stuff and just ran a really really mild tune on it. I want it out of my closet but the only place I want it besides out if my closet is on my car.

You won't have nearly enough fuel going to the motor. You need injectors, and a fuel pump at least.

If lethal sells it its good stuff and proven winner.

I'll get the link.

This is a direct bolt in replacement no wire splicing or anything:

http://www.lethalperformance.com/bbk...-assembly.html

I think my dual Cobra pumps are something like 355 lph.

One reason in asking this is I don't have hundredsof dollars to buy everything needed to push the high numbers ATM. I just want to get it on...

You will damage the engine without pump.

I say just say up and make sure you get all the supporting mods before rushing into install. Rebuilding a whole engine is a lot more expensive than waiting in that fuel pump

I have heard you can run as big as you want and that doesn't mean it will put more fuel in. So you could run 80+ and the amount of fuel going in the motor will be the same as 21 because the computer is reading that it doesn't need all that. I don't think you need a tune but I can be 100% wrong too....

Yo wheelstander is this the complete fuel pump? Cause I know like the cobra hats have to have the fuel pump in them, and this doesn't look like the pumps I'm used to seeing.

I've always heard you can still run with a bigger injector and it won't hurt because the computer will only send so much. Like I said though I think we need a expert because I could be wrong lol

DSG is correct about the injectors.

That pump is a direct replacement.

I can ask a guy who put one in just to make sure but even Lethal said it's direct plug and play. Did a lot of research on this before I stumbled into my dual pumps.

---------- Post added at 07:42 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:39 AM ----------

Wait.... that link I sent is for 99 00.

You have 02. That's different.

Let me find the 02 pump.

This is what you need:

Finally a direct replacement fuel pump for your 01-04 Mustang V6, GT or 2001 Cobra. No fabrication required! Replace or upgrade your factory in tank electric fuel pump with this direct fit, variable flow fuel pump kit. These BBK Performance fuel pumps can be used as a stock replacement or an upgrade when running a higher horsepower engine. The 300Lph fuel pump supports high horsepower but still allows for great driveability, making it equally at home in stock or highly modified applications.

Ok I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a hat that still needed a pump.
