Good combo if you want to do the PI swap. Might have PTV issues with the PI heads and TFS cams on the NPI shortblock, might not. You'd need to get a dyno tune with the TFS cams regardless and I'm guessing this guy doesn't have the PI cams...
I'd go take a look at the heads, intake and MAF as well. See if he'll take $300 for everything in a bundle. Just make sure the heads look good and don't have any blown out spark plug holes and make sure you get them checked out at a local shop if you do get them. ALSO make sure the intake is a real PI intake, not a Dorman. I'd pass on the TFS cams and just go find a set of PI cams.
If you are not ready to do a PI swap, I'd still at least get the intake and do the PI intake swap.
