X10000....p1sc with full boltons and support mods will put you at 430 on stock pulley and mild tune

If you stay around 450 get the 255 pump. And 42 pound injectors. That will be safe and yes you need to upgrade the MAF

---------- Post added at 09:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:45 PM ----------

Well I guess it just depends how stupid you go with the horses. I think 450 range it will be okay but 600 to 700 you definitely need a 90mm one

Ok thank you everyone and yeah the 450 hp range will be just fine for me. So the MAF should be good?

Remember when it comes to a safe performance fuel system over kill is better. You always wants twice as much fuel system to motor/power adder. Guys that run a single 300lph with no boost a pump will have very high duty cycles. If you are a stock block and want a safe 400-450rwhp I would recommend 60lb injectors a a aeromotive 305 stealth pump with a Kenne bell boost a pump. When you start getting over 500 you need to go to twin pumps to be safe. I run a fore billet fuel hat and twin GT supercar pumps and dual FPDM and I'm just under 600 rwhp. My duty cycle is 67% at 7200rpm.

What about the Areomotive a1000? It says it supports up to 800hp FI

Great external pump if you run a sumped fuel tank.

I think I'm just going to stick with the Areomotive stealth pump, 60lb ford racing injectors and a Kenne bell boost a pump for the fuel system. Might consider buying the 90mm MAF as well but it says that I have to mod it work because of the IAT sensor or something?

You have to run an aftermarket sumped race tank with it. If you are a street car stick with a drop in fuel pump. If you run the stealth pump make sure to modify the fuel basket in your GT tank.

You can run the 90mm MAF from a lightning but i would also buy a Diablo MaF extender. You can also run a SCT Maf sensor those work well too.

It requires a dyno tune.

I would do the 3000 if its not much more. Then you can upgrade if you ever want to go more and it can handle it

Supercharger, motor, injectors, pump, maybe a high flow filter if you feel froggy, MAF, and then a dyno tune.

Other than that your good

Only bad thing about doing all that is you probably won't even be able to get 15 for the car even after that... Sucks to have an older car

Yeah I was considering the whole sleeper thing but I kind of like the attention it gets lol and plus with the procharger I'm going to get the race blow off valve so that ruins it there lmao

Yeah I want to do a 5.0 forged bottom end with 4v heads and then do a d-1sc pro charger. I've talked with multiple people about it and they said I could do it all and install myself for around 10. I asked them what kind of horsepower would I be looking at and he told me safely 650 and I could bump it to 900 and the block would hold it

Yeah that sounds like a radical setup, but I feel like 650 would be too much for me lol I'd like to be around the 450-500 hp range lol and I have the 4r70w automatic transmission, how much power can be safely ran through this tranny??? If you know

Shoot I have heard it can withstand a lot. I've seen people near 600 with it and all they did was put a better torque converter in it and they were running high 9s! Do the jmod and I bet it can handle 500+ safely
