Timing chain guides bad...

Ok my situation

- 200k miles chains rattle like a mother don't want to drive in risk of breaking chains and bending valves

- don't have the cash to fix and have credit card debt

- other then the chains the car is perfect and fully documented one owner

- thinking about selling and getting a fox and getting out of credit card debt

-HOW MUCH CAN I SELL MY MUSTANG FOR?

It has
- sr spring with c/c plates
- sr cai with intake spacer
- kyb shocks and struts
- ceramic brakes and pads with new calipers
- exert stage 2 clutch
- magnaflow dump exhaust
- it's a 5 speed car with black leather and black paint interior is 9 out of 10 and out side paint looks good for 200k miles
- kbb says it's worth 5000ish I was think 4000ish

PLEASE ANY INPUT

Your resale value is really going to suffer with those chains slapping around...

I'd say closer to 1500 to 2000, and rock auto parts are very cheap don't use them

They come with part numbers so I can look them all up and I can take a print out to advance auto and they'll match the price so it doesn't matter

I might have to do this, mine used to chirp sound and was told that it was the timing chains slapping. Did you have to replace the tensioners or just the chain?

Yeah I know. And it hasn't. But it was making and chirp squeak noise from the front. But then I could here it around my shifter too. It don't do it anymore though. And when it done it I lived on bumpy roads and it'd make that noise when I went over a bump but also at idle.
