Camber bolt help?

I ordered the camber bolts but I'm a noob when it comes to suspension.. So I have no clue how to use them or ware to put them.. Should I just take it to a pro? And I did search Round but more just found what they do.. Not how to install them.. Bassicly I cut my springs so my tires are like this

/|||/----\|||\ so they sit heavy on the inside..

the camber bolts replace the bottom of the 2 bolts on the strut. when you get the camber bolts it will have instructions on how to mount them, taking the tire off would make it easier to access the bottom strut bolt so that reinstall would be easy. after that you need to go get it aligned. if there is a pep boys around you they can do the camber/wedge and alignment. they will looked grooved and somewhat out of round, which allows alignment on the camber + or - roughly 1.75 degrees , i.e positive or neg camber adjustment.

this should give you an idea on how to install one. granted its like the 07 mustang i did today, same concept on our body style as well. also on the video he installed his camber bolt on the top one, while i did it on the bottom bolt, either bolt allows you to adjust camber, however imo the bottom bolt is the correct one to remove and replace with the camber bolt...... just saying since i do this all the time at my job lol.

Yes right now you are negative camber id atleast say -2° in. So you would have to adjust the camber positive wise to get back to spec which i think is -0.8° is center for our car. Pretty much negative is inclined in like you have it mentioned so with the camber kit u will adjust towards positive.

/||/ \||\ you now

\||\ /||/ tooo postive

|||| |||| were u want it.

You can eye it somewhat on the camber or have a magnetic leveler to put on a wheel so you can somewhat put it in line. Its up to u on how u wanna do it.

Would be recommended however you could install yourself and have them align it

I do it on the bottom however you could up top really a preference to the installer and the one who has to align its convenience. But imo id do it on the bottom so u get more angle adjustment than up top. Its that imo its easier to install and u get more adjustment than up top.

I personally like to run 1-2 degrees of negative camber on my cars, but ford set the stock specs around .5 degrees of negative camber. Right now I'm at -1.5, and my tires are wearing perfectly even.

There are some cheap ish camber gauges, but its probably best to get a professional alignment.

If u lowered your car my guess would be about -2 degrees camber in. Just my guess assuming you did a 1.5" drop. You will know if u take it to get a free alignment check they will put your car on the plant and see what degree ur cambered in and how off your toe is
