Pop

While turning slow I hear a loud pop from the front of the mustang can someone tell me what this is

It makes a loud pop when I'm turning slow and when I turn the wheel back to the straight position it pops again but only when I'm driving slow or turning out of parking spots. Sounds like its coming from the driver wheel

had a similar issue and it turned out to be ball joints as well
