What is This Chirping

Once my car warms up it makes this cricket type of chirp that changes with the rpm's. It is coming from the back of the engine or the bell housing, can't really tell. It will go away when I press the clutch even just a little. I would say that it is the tob, but it is brand new (170 miles). I do know that some car's throw out bearings will just chirp away no matter what you do.
