Honestly once you do it a few times you can get the dash out really fast. Its some plugs, lower the steering column and like 12 bolts and out she comes.

Yeah you just have to make sure you get EVERY wire disconnected beforehand. There's a really good write up on the Corral, I'll have to link when I'm not at work. But yeah you can have a dash out faster than it takes you to do an oil change if you do it often enough.
