Steering problem help!

I'm having a problem, everytime I turn the steering wheel left of right I hear a loud and annoying creaking sound coming from the front it evens happens when I'm braking to a complete stop it creaks in front. I just change my rack thinking that was the problem but that didnt do a dam thing. I'm thinking maybe I need to flush the system or change the pump itself.

There are two metal sleeves that the mounting bolts for the steering rack go through. Do a Google search, I think there are replacement sleeves you can order to eliminate it

Control arm bushing or ball joint could also do a creaking sound....specially when u break cause the rack is bolted on and has nothing to do with supportingthe weight of a vehicle when u break.....just my 2ยข
