louder does NOT equal better.
Any punk kid can go make his car obnoxiously loud with zero trace of tone left and look like a toolbag; it takes planning to make a car have a good tone.
When it gets that loud, you lose the engine noise tone these 2vs are so loved for and it all becomes raspy garbage just like any given Honda out there. I know, you have a v8 and don't have a bigass coffee can exhaust, but it's the exact same concept - make it as loud as possible for as cheap as possible.

Im running LTs, o/r x pipe, and SLPs. I can still hear the engine over the exhaust, until I get on it and during WOT. Still sounds good imo.

I wasn't talking about yours. I didn't even see that you posted.
Sorry for the confusion.
Anyways, it's irritating seeing all these obnoxious mustangs with absolutely zero tone driven by punk kids making the rest of us look bad.
Just to reiterate: louder does not mean better.

I have SLP LM1's and BBK O/R X ... I was always into being loud and wanting a loud setup until I finally got what I wanted. I was absolutely amazed at how loud this setup is, and after about 1-2 weeks I started to get annoyed by it. I constantly have to barely press the pedal to even drive like a normal car, always have to watch out for cops and combined with my 5% window tint it gets its share of head turns. All in all, if you drive on the street often you will find that it is unbearably loud with no tone. Switching to magnapacks!
