I know this is an old thread but I'm about to buy some LEDs for my cluster, I have an 03 gt, how would I scrape the green film off?

Light sand paper, razor blade, exacto knife

Wetsand on all the gauges , and then take it to the sun outside and if you can still see a green tint .. Sand more until each guage cover is just see-through instead of that green tint

Wetsand paper NOT just sandpaper

I have a 96 and my tint was blue but since the stock bulb was yellowish it project green

An extreme detail cleaning, a clean window tint, and a good stereo system is enough for most. Embrace the tan lol. Make it feel like '02, people appreciate that.

The tan in the edges is passable, the peanut butter in the 94-98 cars... no.
