rpms hang - Mustang Evolution

rpms hang

My rpms just started hanging around 2000 and 1100.... what is the problem with this now?

Probably your Idle Air Control, try cleaning it and see what that does for you.

Cleaning it helps...there's also an IAC gasket mod you can do to help drop the rpms faster. Google it for more info

Clean the IAC, if it still has a hanging idle get yourscrelf one of these.

Could this be causing surging sometimes too?
