I just recently hit 100k on my 03 GT and wanted some advice on good preventative things I could tackle. I bought the car at 78k miles with not much stuff done besides oil changes etc and some things replaced from a wreck like bent axel, replaced control arm and supporting parts.

I would invest some $ in changing out sensors before they become faulty.

Basic tune up. Might want to look at replacing the COPs too before they start failing one by one and driving you nuts. They're not cheap but you only really need to do them at 100k intervals if that.

COPS/ with plugs and I would also do the IAC and PCV while you are it. Probably 500 worth of maintenance right there.
