On the back of your plenum there is a vacuum hose check and make sure it's still plugged in. Also check out its condition. What is your car doing?

At idle there is a minor difference but I csn hear it. Like a small cam kinda like it gurgles. Then under slight acceleration it studders a little but under heavy acceleration it is fine. I did check that hose and it is crusty feeling

Would that explain the loud intake noise at times?

No but that sounds like you have the infamous cracked intake leak. The intakes are plastic and they can crack and cause some weird intake problems.

I just put a new intake on. So I know its not that because its done it before and after. It just makes a slight sucking sound when im just cruising or slowing down. I felt back there last night and that hose was crusty and brittle so im thinking thats where the vac leak is. How much does it cost to get fixed?

Ok well just take that hose off and take it to a parts store for matching measurement. They have rolls of vacuum lines. Yea that's a forgotten vacuum line it hidden.
