When was the last time you did a tune up on that thing? Could be as simple as a messed up wire or plug not getting spark into #1 which means no burn which means wet plug and way less power.

Just a couple weeks ago changed the plugs wires are fairly new. It's just weird cuz it comes and goes. Run real good for a wile then runs really bad then shut it off turn it back on and it is fine for a while

I'd start working my way backwards through the ignition system on that cylinder then. Verify that the spark plug is properly gapped and has a strong spark. Make sure the spark plug wire is not the problem. Just because they've been changed "recently" doesn't mean it can't fail. If all of that checks out, look to your coil pack. Who is it made by? How old does it appear to be. If they look original, you might just want to replace the set with some new ones. And if all that checks out to be good, I suppose we will move on to the fuel injector. I suspect this to be an ignition problem though. Since it seems to be intermittent, also try jiggling the wires for everything related to that cylinder, while the car is running, being careful to not zap yourself. Those coils can give you a good jolt. Lol. Listen for any change in the way that the car is running while you're moving the wires.
