Fix these cracks?

Do you think these cracks or fixable. I have two directly above the exhaust in the cutouts. I was wondering if they would be fixable or if I should just replace the whole thing. I can get better pics of them later if this isn't a good picture.

You could fill them with a bumper repair kit. Bevel out the crack, fill it up and put some extra on the backside too.
