Bad knocking

Whenever I put my car in first gear and accelerate it makes a bad knock after I let go of the clutch and give it gas. It also makes the same knocking noise at times when I turn my wheel and its also the cause of whatever vibration problems I'm having when I'm around 65 mph. I checked my u joint out and it was perfectly fine so if anyone has advice to help me out I'd greatly appreciate it!!

i would say check the control arms, they would have play, another part to check is the strut mount bushings, they may be loose or they are probably bad, if it does it when u gas it after you drop the clutch it could be a motor mount however i doubt it would vibrate the car at 65mph that is more a suspension issue.
