Shift kit worth it?

Is the automatic shift kit from AM worth it. Seems like a good buy for only $80. Can someone tell me the pros & cons of the shift kit for an 04 GT' automatic

Well you have to buy new gaskets for the valve body and a few drill bits. Cost comes to about $60 and its better than any shift kit you can put in there.
