Quad tips - Mustang Evolution

Quad tips

So everyone knows that you can do quad tips on the newer mustangs and just buy them, today I just saw a Mach 1 with quad tips. Does anyone know of where they could be purchased or would someone have to fab them? The Mach had the cobra rear bumper.

I follow him aswell but i liked it for a bit then now i would like them more if they were matte black
