Gray Smoke?

I have recently put a set of off road x-pipes and a bama custom tune on my 01 GT. When i give it a decent amount of throttle gray smoke comes out the back. Could the tune be causing this or is this normal after deleting all the cats?

The tune was supposed to compensate for having no cats. I have no codes for the o2 sensors. Do u think the bama tune is too rich and I need to back it down?

This sounds like you're just seeing the affects of running no cats. It's completely normal! The exhaust is very free flowing now so it's just dumping anything that the cats would usually catch out the exhaust.

If you'd like us to look into your tune to make sure it's not running to rich, we can do this for you as well. Just hit up the Bama team! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

Ya only when i take off or rev it up. Not at idle. It smells kind of rich but most people are telling me its normal when deleting the cats. But ive seen other catless mustangs that don't smoke so idk what to think.
