Limited Slip Diff or Posi?

I'm rebuilding my rear end soon and I wanted to know if I should just continue with having the limited slip differential that came with the car or should i go Posi? Just want a few opinions and experiences if you guys have any

If you drive it all the time i wouldnt go posi. It wont slip on corners like limited would. But if you dont take a lot of corners go posi

Posi and limited slip are the same exact thing. Positraction or positive traction was a name GM gave their limited slip differential.

If you want the tires to always spin at the same speed, you will need a spool. I would not recommend a spool for anything but a track car as it will seriously screw up the handling of the car.
