Removing and installing front bumper

I'm going to put the cobra bumper on tomorrow

Is it pretty easy to swap?

Do I need a rivet gun or anything ?

Depends on if your new bumper already has the plate riveted on, if not you will need a rivet gun. Assuming its the front.
