Woodward dream cruise week!

Woodward dream cruise week here in Detroit has already started!! This is the earliest I've seen it since its been going on. Started seeing cars down there last Tuesday night and the cruise's actual date is 8/17. Lots of mustangs, everything you ever want to see is there. If you're close at all, you won't be disappointed. Check it out!

I'm out every night as well! So wonderful to see families and people of all ages out having a great time. Truly a historic event. I was in the very first WDC 19 years ago, driving a 1940 chevy pick up with my husband. Now, in my new White Fang Stang!
Such a great family time and it such a joy to see all the kids being exposed to the classics!

Yeah it is a great event. I was at the very first with my dad way back then. I have been every year at least 2 or 3 nights. For those who have never been they would not believe what their missing. For car people it's the ultimate event in my opinion! Have a great week down on Woodward!

You Too! I grew up 2 blocks off Woodward near 13 Mile Road. On summer evenings, all you could hear were the cruisers, jamming gears and burning rubber (that's when we had no air conditioning!) I swear my dad bought our home near Woodward just because of the cars. You are right about those who have never experienced WDC. They have no idea! Happy cruising!
