Loudest exhaust!!

Hey guys. I know I'll probably get flamed for "not using the search" but I did and it just didn't satisfy me. My question is... In your opinion, what is the loudest possible exhaust setup for a 99-04 gt? Super raspy or deep and rumbly. It doesn't matter. I'm interested in what you guys think is the loudest setup.

Just saying personally I searched up mufflers and catbacks for a year before I even purchased my 02 gt and magnaflow magnapacks with an aftermarket catted or not h pipe sounds amazing. Personally Im going with magnapacks and a magnaflow h pipe catted. Headers I really havent did any research on but if you do get different headers find what headers you get first and work your way back because if you get a long tube header for ease in mid pipes you would need shorties. Just some food for thought.

---------- Post added at 09:11 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:06 PM ----------

And with that setup i got with stock headers, magnaflow catted mid h pipe, and magnaflow magnapacks its a nice deep magnaflow rumble but when you get on it it screams "WHAT THE F*** IS THAT" especially if you put a 70mm or 75mm tb, a tb spacer, and a cai you get a nice blower like sound up front and a scream in your ear as you pass someone.

I have an off road bassani X-pipe with Roush shorty side pipes and that is almost too loud for me!

The side pipes put the exhaust notes right at your ear and tends to reflect the sound off building more than the traditional rear exit.

Looks and sounds sweet.

Hey I know this is off topic from my original question, but does anyone have a picture of a new edge with a quad tips? I saw a picture of quad tips on a term bumper but I can't find it anywhere?

The loudest I heard on my own exhaust search would be a o/r x pipe with SLP I resonators. This is very loud and very raspy but no real good tone. If you want loud then do this if you want loud and a good tone don't do this, lol. I has this set up for a couple months and in the end I hated it. I did some more research and changed out the loudmouths with magnaflow magnapacks instead. I'm very happy with the sound now, still earth shaking loud but not as raspy and much, much deeper. I have an o/r x pipe with the magnapacks, everything welded in at a local muffler shop. Do some research on YouTube, if you want to hear the loudmouths with an o/r x pipe then search "loud GT" or something like that will bring it up, it's a 99-04 mustang and its loud but you will see what I mean about tone. I too heard the comments about the LM I's with no tone and just being loud and didn't believe it, but I found out the hard way that these weren't for me. Go with an off road x and a set of magnapacks or borla stingers and you will be very happy with it, deep tone with some rasp when you want it, very good combo IMO. Good luck on your search!

Magnapacks are deep and loud but not as loud as the LM1's. They give your mustang a nice deep tone upon cruising and idle, and they really open up at WOT. I've had both on my car with an o/r x pipe and I fully recommend the magnapacks sounds over LM1's. Believe it or not I bought my from Amazon for 80 a piece, new with free shipping.
