If im not mistaken I think it is near the transmisson area. Just follow your fuel lines

Above the rear differential and a little to the passenger side.

If you are changing it make sure you buy the removal kit so you dont pull your hair out

You slide the best fitting tip into where the filter connects to the line and press it in. You should feel a click of the lock disengaging in the line.

Use an old rag to keep gas from going everywhere. Then make sure to dispose of the rag properly so it won't catch fire
