Tick noise

So every time I shut my car off after driving, it will make a slow ticking noise prob 5-10 sec in between a tic. Just could be the engine cooling down after running or what? Also, when I shift and press the clutch in, sometimes the rpms stay kinda of high not real high but like under 2k. Is this normal or should the iac and maf and tb need cleaned?

Alright man thanks just making sure. Just got the car so my paranoia is getting to me a little bit. Don't want to have any problems since I just bought it.
