Can a v6 bama tuner be switched or used on a v8?

if its locked ur gona have to get it unlocked first. but it should hook up pretty much the same if im not mistaken

Yes, you can use the same device. However, you can only tune one Mustang at a time because these devices are vin locked. If the device isn't married to your V6, then you can tune your other Mustang! All you'll need to do is get new tunes for your new Mustang.
