Getting a tuner soon need some help

Pretty soon I'm going to invest in a hand held tuner from AM but I was wondering since where I live here in south jersey, we don't have 93 octane, the highest is 91 octane, my question is will this mess with anything when I get the tuner? I know 93 has like a race tune

They can do custom tune. Just call BAMA or whichever handheld tuner you have and ask them. They'll answer you.

I couldn't find any 93 in my area either. But trust me you'll be fine using 91.

How it works is that you can any combo of tune with the octane that you want.

Example:

I recently ordered a 91 street tune, 91 performance tune, and 91 race tune.

U can also get:

87 race or 91 street or 87 race. As far as what EXACTLY each tune changes, well that's up to BAMA to decide because of course it's different for every car.

I just know because I had the same q before I got my tuner

Doesn't bother me just as long it shows me where all 93 at.
I'm lose money either ways, either any day. Best to enjoy than cry bout prices.

That's what hybrids, etc are for. (:

Even if you can get 93 have it tuned for 91. You will find that even running 93 on a 93 tune you will sometimes get pinging.

Always run the same octane or higher than what it's tuned for. Don't be tuned for 93 and get 87
