Mushy brakes after SS lines installed

Hey everyone,

So today I installed my new J&M Stainless brake lines and after driving the car they feel slightly mushy.

Its nothing too bad, its not like the pedal goes to the floor before it does anything, but it feels like there is air in the system.

The problem is that my dad and I bled about a pint out of each caliper (starting with the passanger side and then going to drivers side).

so I am sort of at a loss as to what it can be. I checked for leaks too and I dont see any obvious leaks. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
DMD

Bleed again...also how are you bleeding them? And when you say passenger to driver side is this going pass front, pass rear, driver rear, driver front? When I installed ss lines a few years ago they did what you described...I bled them 4 times then suddenly my brakes were rock hard and have been since with no issues.

Turns out the pad wasn't seated properly and it was all bent up. Got new pads and everything feels phenomenal now. Thanks for the help!
