Alright well toke the cover off and looking at the lifters and everything is in place. I do not see a lifter missing or anything. Was pain in the *** to take the cover off tho. Started the engine with no cover and sound is still there but I don't see anything wrong. Am I missing something?

Sound? As in tapping? It wouldn't be missing, it may only need to be adjusted or you need to use a different oil.
