Coil over kit

Okay so I have the H&R super sport spring on my 01 gt and my struts are bad. So I figured why not get a coil over kit and lower the front a little more while I'm at it. What is the best coil over kit for just the front on a daily driver. I want sporty feel but not rough.

I wasnt too happy with my upr setup on my previous mustang. They were pretty noisy. Max Motorsports makes a setup that is supposed to be very quiet and obviously great quality. And they make some that work with bilstiens. I will eventually swap over to that setup but for now my setup had the perfect stance for me and handles amazing

Here is the UPR set up I have. I will also agree it is a little noisy but for the price you can't beat it. I wound up take some small pieces of nylon and insulating the spring from the coil over body. In also use Bilstein struts from an 03-04 cobra

What about spring rates? What do y'all have and what do you recommend? Like I said I'm looking for a tighter suspension when I do get on it but quite and smooth during daily driving.

I run the 14" 175lbs springs which is more for straight line but it still handles great. If you want better handling go for a 12" spring and maybe a 250 or 325lbs spring . Tue higher the number the stiffer the spring.
