I stick to oem plugs. But for high power cars, sometimes an aftermarket plug can be better. With that said NGK is supposed to make a good plug, but I have not personally used any.

I run TR6 NGK plugs but I am a high boost application. On a NA car it really doesn't matter NGK or Motorcraft. Lets just say all high performance street bikes come with NGK or Denso plugs in them.

Few thousand miles ago, I replaced the Motorcraft's with a set of NGK iridiums. Work like a champ, no issues. I coulda just as easily went OE again, but i talked myself into em lol.

No mods, nothing crazy done to the engine (yet), no worries
