Ebay Chips

Are the chips on ebay legit??? The ones that are under 20 bucks and have hp and mpg gains?

No... they're guaranteed to **** up your car though. Save up and buy a SCT or Diablo tuner from American Muscle and you should see some actual gains.

I took one apart (as much as I could as (it was potted in epoxy) some years ago--here is my blog entry re: what I found...
