I bought a used kit with very low miles on it.. everything was included even a bbk 78mm intake Anderson power pipe and all.. the only thing I had to get was a fuel pump.. I gave the guy 2900 then 230 for the fuel pump and 500 for the tune so I have 3630 into it.. I installed it myself and I pick it up on Monday from the tuner... can't wait

I think I may just piece together a turbo kit and run it on like 6 lbs and start building a short block

A used vortech v1 or v2 without the fuel stuff should be $1500. You can buy all the brackets new for under $1k from superchargersonline and then find a blower for about $500-$800.

Yeah it got on that site the brackets and piping were a lot cheaper then I expected. But I can't find a cheap head unit anywhere.

Head units are becoming more expensive because the people selling them know piecing kits together is a lot more popular nowadays.

Corral classifieds, post a wanted ad for a CCW rotation S trim, you should be able to get one for $600 if you are patient. Only issue I have with modulars and centri blowers is that they need low end which the centris lack. You can do cams for much better off idle power but unless you DIY the cams it's going to cost as much as a PD blower.

But yeah the word is out on the DIY bracket setups and that ppl need just headunits to complete them. Pure Capitalism for you lol. I still like the TT kit. Its a little pricier but you can get a good take off Eaton for $300 which will be enough for the stock block. Then you can upgrade to ANY PD style blower for the Terminator including the TVS stuff and the 3.4L Whipples etc...

$1500 for a procharger is a little fishy.
